Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Degree in Arts with Hindi literature as a major subject from a recognized institution (e.g., B.A./M.A. in Hindi, B.Ed. preferred).
Strong command of the Hindi curriculum for Classes 5 to 10, covering Prose, Poetry, Grammar (Vyakaran), and Writing Skills (Lekhan Kaushal)
Excellent communication, digital teaching capability, and classroom management skills, with fluency in Hindi and proficiency in English.
Prior teaching experience is preferred; freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
Technical Requirements
A stable high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
A laptop/desktop with a functioning webcam and microphone.
Availability of a quiet, distraction-free teaching environment.
Work Availability
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (as per class schedules).
Occasional weekend availability may be required for assessments, doubt sessions, or academic meetings.
Compensation
Freshers: ₹12,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000+ per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging online classes focused on developing reading, writing, and conversational fluency in the Hindi language.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice exercises, and formative/summative assessments aligned with both CBSE and State Board requirements.
Track student progress and provide timely feedback on linguistic accuracy and comprehension.
Maintain academic discipline and ensure an effective online learning environment.
Participate in faculty meetings, training, and institute-wide academic initiatives.
