Role: Faculty – Social Studies
Classes: 5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th (CBSE and State Board Curricula)
Mode: Remote (Online Teaching)
Subject Area: Social Studies (History, Geography, Civics/Political Science)

Eligibility Criteria
12th Graduate (Higher Secondary Certificate) from a recognized board. Graduation or further professional certification in a relevant field (e.g., History, Geography, Political Science) is an advantage.
Strong foundational command of the Social Studies curriculum for Classes 5 to 8, covering core topics in History, Geography, and Social & Political Life (Civics).
Experience in teaching content aligned with both CBSE and various State Board patterns is preferred.
Excellent communication, digital teaching capability, and classroom management skills.
Prior teaching experience is preferred; freshers with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm may also apply.
Technical Requirements
A stable high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
A laptop/desktop with a functioning webcam and microphone.
Availability of a quiet, distraction-free teaching environment.
Work Availability
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (as per class schedules).
Occasional weekend availability may be required for assessments, doubt sessions, or academic meetings.
Compensation
Freshers: ₹10,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000+ per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging online classes focused on developing historical understanding, geographical awareness, and civic knowledge among middle school students.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, project assignments, and assessments suitable for both CBSE and State Board requirements.
Track student progress and provide timely feedback on conceptual understanding and analytical skills.
Maintain academic discipline and ensure an effective online learning environment.
Participate in faculty meetings, training, and institute-wide academic initiatives.
